Hi!

Well, more rehearsal...all good changes. A little more Irish dancing for all of us! Our Marquis went up today, so I'll try to take a picture for you!

Candice hasn't been able to move in to her new place yet, hopefully tomorrow!

They added a bit of a scene to "The Role of The Queen" and the lyrics are very different. Be sure to watch the castcoms for more!

Hi! Well, we've completed our first two weeks back to Pirate Queen and today finished Act 1. A few things remain nearly the same, but, really in many ways it's a whole new show as compared with Chicago. The castcoms are back so check them out on www.thepiratequeen.com , I'm on that first one! Candice has found an apartment near me on the Upper West Side! She'll move in this week and we'll be neighbors which is great but also have our own space.
Tonight I went out to dinner with my old pal Robb Alverson from SC, I can't believe how long we've known each other and how much we've experienced over the past 16 years in NYC! I came here to go to school and he to start a life in the theatre world.
At left is a shot from my photo shoot, I'm thinking of getting a new headshot or two, not too sure this will be one, but thought I'd post it.
Have a great weekend and stay warm, it's Soooooooo cold here in NYC!

First day back to The Pirate Queen! I wasn't called for the whole day which was nice, but the time I was there was great. Some really great changes have been made and the addition of Graciela Danielle is inspiring to all of us! WE mostly worked on the opening and learned some new steps. Tomorrow is a full day 10-6 when we'll be dancing and singing all day! Candice and I are going to a screening of Babel after rehearsals. Long day tomorrow! I hope everyone remembered Martin Luther King today and keeps "dreaming". Cheers ! Kimilee pictured at left is the set of Pirate Queen in Chicago...

Howdy! Not a lot to report this week.Candice has arrived back in NYC ( Monday). I also went to Neil Berg's ( Leftfield Productions) "Holiday Party" with lots of Broadway folks. Candice and I saw screenings of Bobby and Venus which are up for SAG awards. They are both very worth seeing. You'll cry in Bobby and laugh ( so much) in Venus. Today I had an audition for Orlando Opera and Monday we start back rehearsals for The Pirate Queen! Stay tuned! xxooKB www.kimileebryant.com photo at TRUMC in S. January 5, 2007! I'm finally back in NYC after such a crazy travel experience! Pictured here is the plane I eventually got on after about 4 flights were cancelled on Saturday ( I was supposed to leave Friday). I made it to Dallas Saturday afternoon and then they "lead me on" from about 4pm-10 pm and I still was not allowed on the flight to GSP, so at the VERY last minute, I got on a flight to NYC!! So, I did get to go to my New Year's Eve Party in NYC, but I had to get back to Greenville to get Aria and my luggage! At least I got a couple of days to spend with my folks again since we don't go back to rehearse until Jan. 15. We saw "Dreamgirls", Jennifer Hudson deserves all her "Kudos". I also hung with pals Olivia Oguma and Ron Bohmer who are in Greenville rehearsing for High School Musical!
I hope all of you had a wonderful ( and less stressful) holiday season and may 2007 bring us all we dream of! Cheers!Kimilee
